Secronyx — License Agreement

This software is free to use, forever, including for commercial purposes inside your business. There is no paid tier, no seat count and no node limit.

It is free and open source software, released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

Key Terms

You may use this software for any purpose, including commercial purposes, at no cost.
You may read, modify and build the source, and distribute copies with or without your changes.
You may run it on any number of hosts, for as long as you like.
If you distribute a modified version, or offer a modified version to others over a network as a service, you must make your modified source available under the same licence. Running it unmodified asks nothing of you.
This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty or condition of any kind.

Data Collection

The agent is read-only: it gathers system state (CPU, memory, disk, network, processes) and never modifies the machine. Nothing leaves this host unless you configure an agent mode that sends it somewhere — --mode hybrid, --mode polling, or the SaaS agent mode — or you expose the HTTP transport yourself. In the default local mode the agent answers on standard input and transmits nothing.
